Ganesh Sangaran is a highly experienced executive speech coach with over 20 years working experience and is currently the Director of Corporate Learning Solutions Sdn Bhd. Professor Sattar Bawany is the Chief Executive Officer of the Centre for Executive Education (CEE). CEE is the Executive Development Division of IPMA Asia Pacific. Abdul Rahman Ramli is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), earning his certification from the Corporate Coach Academy, the leading coaching school in this region, whose coach-learning curriculum and methodology are in full compliance with the standards of the International Coach Federation (ICF), the world’s largest and recognized coaching body.

He brings with him a wealth of experience of more than 30 years, serving various corporations and a government organisation, in areas such as automotive service management, motor vehicle inspection, total quality management, property management, and learning & development.

Among his most recent positions in full-time employment was as the Head of Learning and Development in a leading multinational automotive company, and later Head of Management Development in its parent company. SHARIFFAH ANISAH

​Shariffah Anisah Syed Idrus’s wealth of experience in training and development gleaned from working for prominent organisations namely Celcom, TMNet, Telekom Malaysia (TM), BSN, KASK Access Inc. and Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad. Since commencing her career, she has progresses through a variety of management positions to firmly establish herself as an influential and highly respected, multi-skilled trainer, facilitator and consultant.

Shariffah Anisah started her career as Product Trainer at Mobile Services Division, Celcom. After 5 years, she moved on to become Trainer/Facilitator at Telekom Training College, focusing on soft-skilled programs such as Core Values Program (Mission and Vision), Team Building and Change Management. When she was conducting the Core Values Program, she trained almost 5000 TM employees. Shariffah Anisah moved on to become the Training Manager at BSN before joining KASK Access Inc Sdn Bhd. Shariffah Anisah gained her consultancy experience while becoming Senior Consultant at KASK Access Inc Sdn Bhd. Moving forward, Shariffah Anisah joined Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad to become the internal Coach and trainer. She also has been actively involved in curriculum design, materials production as well as teaching Business English courses for both the public and private sectors and presented papers at national and international conferences. She is also a Certified Buzan Licensed Instructor and has conducted mind mapping® courses at Buzan Malaysia and uses mind mapping® when she lectures at UiTM. Recently, she co-authored a revision book, Buzan Mind Maps® for Science Form 1. This book is the first of its kind in Malaysia to be published using Buzan Mind Mapping® Laws. At the 14th International Conference on Thinking held in Kuala Lumpur in June 2009, she co-presented a paper with Tony Buzan entitled “Buzan Brain Focussed Taxonomy on Reading – Towards an Intelligent Future.”

S. YOGA THEVAN is a Chartered Global Management Accountant and an associate of CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK). He also obtained an MBA from the renowned Strathclyde University Graduate School of Business, Europe’s largest Business School. His career began in manufacturing (Panasonic) in 1987 and he moved into banking and stock-broking (AM Merchant Bank) in 1992 before returning to Panasonic to take charge of the Finance Department at a new factory in 1993. He left in 2002 to become a full-time Knowledge Facilitator. He is also a regular speaker for PSMB, MIA, MEF and other corporations.

Yoga is also a founding member of the Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers and was President in 2008. SHAMSUL RAHMAN

Shamsul graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and began his career in IT. It was during a company-wide IT migration project that he found himself involved in providing training for the end-users. He later found a niche with his IT and training experience when was tasked to head the e-Learning function of a telecommunications company.

Over the years, he has also developed his skills and experience in HR Management and has been involved in IT outsourcing project (PETRONAS), voluntary separation schemes (CELCOM), HR transformation (HSBC), and HR portal development (CELCOM & HSBC).

He was a core committee member for the implementation of HSBC AMANAH (Islamic Bank) branch network, tasked with the design and development of people readiness training and development for the 26 branches in Malaysia.

As a training facilitator, Shamsul has delivered on subject matters such as team-building, coaching for performance, sales coaching, customer service skills, banking operations and Shariah and Islamic Banking products.

He has served in the Oil and Gas, telecommunications, consultancy and banking and finance industry with 25 years of working experience.
